Sizing and installation plan
We come over, measure the room, check the windows and insulation, and agree with you where the unit goes and how the pipes will run. You end up with a quote, not a price range.

Get to know us
The same crew that comes out to quote does the installation and returns for the annual service. We do not pass the job down the chain, so nobody on site ever says “that wasn’t us who set it up”.
We size, install and service split and multisplit air conditioning. If a smaller unit will do, we will say so — an oversized one costs more upfront and runs louder for years afterwards.
We work with LG, Rotenso, TCL and Gree equipment. We cover Krakow and the whole Lesser Poland region.
We work out what you need — and whether it is even worth doing this season.
Usually within 2–3 days. We measure the room, check the windows and insulation, and agree where the unit goes and how the pipes will run.
One figure, not a range. Free of charge, travel included. It only changes if the scope changes.
A standard split takes one day, a multisplit up to two. We clean up after ourselves.
We get in touch before the season. It is also the condition of the five-year workmanship warranty.
One unit, two seasons
A modern split air conditioner is an air-to-air heat pump. The same unit that brings the temperature down in July warms the house in November for a fraction of what an electric heater costs.
May – September · cooling
22 °C
An inverter does not work in bursts — it holds the temperature you set instead of switching itself on and off. Less noise, fewer draughts and a lower bill than a portable unit.
Living room, bedroom, office, attic
October – April · heating
×3–4
One kWh of electricity becomes 3–4 kWh of heat. That is genuine support for your heating in the shoulder seasons, before you fire up the main source.
Support for your heating, not a replacement
What we do
We come over, measure the room, check the windows and insulation, and agree with you where the unit goes and how the pipes will run. You end up with a quote, not a price range.
Wall-mounted indoor units — one, or several connected to a shared outdoor unit. Pipe runs, core drilling and the clean-up are on us.
We check that the system is not leaking anywhere, set the unit up and show you how to use it — from the remote to cleaning the filters.
Cleaning the filters and the inside of the unit, checking the refrigerant level and making sure the condensate drain is clear.
We clean the places where moisture and residue collect — afterwards there is no stale smell when you first switch the unit on.
We find the cause of the fault, seal the system and top up the refrigerant.

Customer reviews
★★★★★
The whole installation went without a single surprise. They arrived at the agreed time, left not a speck of dust behind, and explained the controls so clearly that even my dad got it.
★★★★★
The capacity was matched exactly to the floor area — nobody tried to push a bigger unit on me “just in case”. Neat work, with the pipework run so that you cannot see it.
★★★★★
Professional from the very first phone call. They kept to the day they promised, the price matched the quote, and there were no extras “because something came up”.
★★★★★
I used them for the installation and for the service after the season. They told me what I did not need, which is rare in this trade. The unit has run faultlessly for two years now.
It depends on the unit, the distance between the indoor and outdoor units and how difficult the installation is — a flat in a block is one thing, a house with an attic quite another. That is why, instead of a price list, we offer a free quote with a site visit: we measure up, talk through the options and give you one figure that does not change afterwards.
A standard split — one indoor and one outdoor unit — usually takes 4–8 hours, so a single working day. A multisplit with several indoor units, or an installation with long pipe runs, takes 1–2 days. We tell you the exact timing at the quoting stage.
Once a year, ideally in spring before the season starts and the calendar fills up. A service covers cleaning the filters and the inside of the unit, checking pressures and making sure the condensate drain is clear. The annual service is also the condition of our five-year workmanship warranty, and usually of the manufacturer’s warranty on the unit itself.
A current-generation indoor unit runs from about 19 dB on its lowest setting, depending on the model — quieter than a whisper. The installation is what matters: correctly sized, the unit runs gently instead of constantly ramping up. We mount the outdoor unit on anti-vibration pads, away from bedroom windows.
We would not recommend it. The work needs specialist equipment and a licence to handle refrigerant — which we hold. Without them a leak is easy to create, and it ends with lost refrigerant and a failed compressor. A DIY installation also voids the manufacturer’s warranty in most cases.
Yes, if it has a heat pump function — and almost every model we install does. Above freezing, 1 kWh of electricity gives you 3–4 kWh of heat, so in autumn and spring it can stand in for your main heating. In hard frost the efficiency drops, which is why we treat it as support rather than your only source of heat.
